3D Scanners

The 3D scanning process, which we can define as the process of transferring the design and engineering details of the products / structures without any design data in the computer environment, is the ideal solution for creating and hosting the necessary data of the ideas and studies from the computer environment.

With the developing technology, all processes such as design, product development, prototyping, simulation and quality control are now computer aided. The data obtained by 3D scanning are important resources in different areas such as reverse engineering and quality control to designers and manufacturers.

The 3D scanning process, which is completed within hours thanks to the advanced technology optical and laser scanners, allows the most precise and clear results to be obtained in a short time, regardless of the color, size, visual details or geometric complexity of the product / structure to be scanned.

3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering

While the idea of a traditional engineering product comes into being through the design and production processes respectively, it works in the opposite of inden reverse engineering tasarım process. The computer-aided data obtained by 3D scanning of the products with the original 3-D data not available but produced are the necessary source for the improvement and / or reproduction of the product in terms of design and engineering.

Similarly, prototypes, handmade products, 3D drawings of molds and parts that are subject to change or deformation during the process can also be easily solved by 3D scanning. The data obtained in this way can be produced by conventional or state-of-the-art 3D printers such as CNC and can be used in the required test processes. 3D Scanning and Quality Control

A 3D scan is used to control the extent to which a product with no CAD data is produced by deviating from the data obtained by 3D scanning. While 3D measurement and control can be performed with traditional methods of measurement, it is becoming a control of a product 0 ratio with 3D scanning.

From the quality control with the data obtained after the 3D scan, from the deformation to the functionality tests, the requirements in all stages can be met, independent of the operator initiative. blood deviation and errors can be passed to the next.

As in the case of single-part, our team, which is specialized in the repetition, control and reporting of series of output products, as desired, in the direction of the desired reporting and purpose, optics, laser or touch. they use scanning systems. 3D Scanning Applications

3D scanning with metal, plastic etc. surfaces, complex geometric form, parts, molds, fixtures, assembled systems and so on. data of each product can be used in computer environment can be obtained.

3D scanning products and services provide solutions not only in the design and manufacturing sector but also in many different areas such as medical, construction and archeology, and even enable the acquisition of 3-dimensional face or body data.
